International orders will take between 10-40 business days depending on which country you are living in. Handling time for all orders is 1-2 days CHAIN COLLAR & LEASH ORDERS: With our newly introduced custom name engraving feature, all chain collars & leashes are made to order from scratch! We do not keep any accessories on hand as our craftsman now offer a custom name engraving accessory which requires a new buckle mould with your dogs name engraved!
