SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Australia-wide is free for all orders over $80! We also do ship to every country and city around the world with free international shipping on order totals over $300!

All chain collar & leash orders are processed the next business day from the order date and manufacturing will start on that same day.

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your order as all custom engraved accessory orders do take time to craft! You will receive follow up emails every week to keep you up to date on what is happening on the journey of your order.

We do require you to make sure all your shipping details are correct when you're placing your order. If you have realized you have entered the wrong details please see the contact us section and send us an email as soon as possible with the correct shipping information.

RETURN POLICY

If your item(s) you have ordered are too small or big for your dog or your items have been damaged during the delivery process, we do offer exchanges and returns! We only offer exchanges for damaged items 30 days after the date you receive your order. If you are wanting a full refund for your order, we will need you to mail us the product(s) in it's full packaging back to us and we will refund the total order amount into your account once we receive the item(s).
